At Jan Collezione we offer design, quality and innovation at reasonable prices. But we are also aware that the advance of global warming is unstoppable, and its consequences are unpredictable.
That is why we want to do our bit and be sustainable, offset the CO2 emissions that we generate when shipping to our customers and at the same time involve you in the process.
Without costing you anything with each item you buy in Jan, you will plant a tree. You will receive an email from our partner Tree-Nation, an NGO dedicated to fight climate change, which includes the plantation certificate and more information about reforestation projects which Jan Collezione supports.
Our partners
Tree-Nation, is an NGO, dedicated to fight climate change with four important projects in Nicaragua, Colombia, Niger and Madagascar and with the help of more than 110.000 people and 1.000 committed companies. We believe that this organization can have a significant impact on a global scale.
We are currently supporting the Madagascar / Nicaragua project
Almost 50% of the world's forests have been cut down, leaving the land barren and needy communities affected by poverty. When you support our reforestation project in Madagascar, you help restore forests and alleviate extreme poverty.
Your contribution will help plant trees and provide a fair wage to people living in extreme poverty. Through stable employment, people in these communities can pay for daily necessities such as food, shelter, clothing, and medicine.

How does it work
a· When you have made the purchase in our store, and have finished the order, you will first receive an email from us confirming your purchased product. You will then receive another separate email with the subject: Jan Collezione offered you a tree (for example 6 organic t-shirts = 6 trees). Check your Spam folder if you didn’t get it.
The email will contain a link that will take you to our tree nation page where you can plant your tree.
b· As soon as you have planted your tree, you will see a page like this one, with all the information about the tree you have planted.
c· You can download the certificate, it is signed by the person in charge of the plantation and contains all the relevant information about the tree: the species, the location, information about the plantation project, the CO2 compensation values and more!.
